Community Drive is dedicated to building communities, also known as circles of support. We offer leadership in developing effective personal networks with individuals with disabilities and their families, community builders and community advocates.
Circles of support can be a multitude of mechanisms. Community Drive, Inc builds circles of support in the form of training and consultation, advocacy, person-centered planning and self-determination.
We understand that a life can be filled with connection and membership, with benefits far beyond what services alone provide. We who believe in FREEDOM cannot rest.
