
Exhibitor and Demonstration Information
We are pleased to offer the opportunity for selected individuals and organizations to highlight their products by purchasing an exhibitor booth at this event. We also offer the ability for individuals and organizations to display the work they are doing, in an educational forum, by purchasing demonstration time and a booth at this event.
Exhibit and demonstration rates are determined based on costs associated with set up and equipment. A sliding scale rate starts at $275.00 (includes the cost of the set up, booth, booth drape, wastebasket, signage and meals for two people, excludes power and AV costs) to $1000.00 depending on additional set up costs and fees charged as appropriate.
Booth size is 10'x10'. Availability for exhibit and demonstration space is limited.
In order to provide the most appropriate selections for the conference we are asking applicants to apply for a booth by completing an exhibit or demonstration application.
